Order Issues

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity at Popbattery.co.uk. You can order any number of items from our online store.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please contact us immediately with your full name and order number and we will exchange it for you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you change your mind within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately and provide us with your full name and order number. We will cancel your order at your request. It is important to note that if your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including original shipping, handling and return postage). For more information, please refer to our returns policy.

I have made a mistake in my order, what should I do?

If an order has already been dispatched, it is not possible to change the shipping status. In accordance with our general conditions of sale, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Once you have received your parcel, you can return it to us at your own expense. Consumers in the UK have the right of withdrawal within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order. Therefore, without any special reason, the consumer can cancel the contract at this time and return the ordered products at his own expense. The amount paid will be refunded in full to the consumer.


What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer basic delivery methods including Royal Mail, Hermes, PostNL and DHL. We will use one of these shipping methods to deliver our products, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time. If you prefer a special shipping method over these methods, you will need to inform us at the time of placing your order.

Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a local pick-up service.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can track the shipping status and delivery of your order on our tracking service page.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Depending on the availability of the items you order and the shipping method you choose, most orders are shipped within 2 working days and arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Some orders may take 7 to 10 working days. Please note that deliveries may be delayed on weekends and holidays.

Returns & Refunds

What is your international returns policy?

1. Please do not return them directly to us without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). 

2. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date of issue of the RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be given.

3. Products out of warranty or improperly used will not be exchanged or refunded.

4. The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.

Before returning your purchase, please email us to request an RMA and we will reply with instructions on how you can return it to us.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, if you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, we will be glad to arrange an exchange instead of a refund.
