Return & Refund

General Returns Policy

1.Purchases made at Popbattery are covered by a 30-day return policy. During the 30 day window, customers can obtain a refund or replacement for any purchases made during the timeframe. After 30 days, products can only be replaced with the same products under warranty.

2.  All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition.

3.  Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.


Returning for replacement and refund

1. Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, Popbattery will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product.

2. Non Quality Issues:

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, Popbattery will only give you the refund for the product itself, no shipping cost covers and customer should be responsible for any return shipping cost.

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.


Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service for returning.Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

Procedure for Returning Goods:

  1. Contact us to request an authorization number. You can do this at anytime by contacting us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted.
  2. Please have the following information available when submitting an RMA request: the name and the email-address the order was placed under, product name and the nature of the problem.
  3. We will offer you an RMA along with our return address and additional important instructions.
  4. After receiving the RMA,you have to send the items together with the original packaging back to us.
  5. We will inform you once we receive the returned goods and then ship replacement(or return the money) to you.

Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS and Fedex.
